Fresh service and inspection carried out by CSP Specialists March 2023.

I had this up for sale earlier in the year and I turned down a couple of buyers purely because I just couldn’t let this car go, now it’s time to pass it on.

For sale is my personally owned grand tourer. Words cannot express enough just how well built and exciting this car is to own. This car was bought in place of a Lotus Exige which was more of an ornament than a useable daily I could share with the whole family in one go… and what a great alternative!

This car can do it all… Insanely practical and spacious… not to mention insanely quick with it’s V12 powerhouse delivering power via a fast 7 speed gearbox which is a delight to operate via the paddle shifters.

This is the weekend toy you can bring the family with for those Ikea and grocery trips. This car has had extensive care throughout its life and it shows.

This car had a £230,000 base price and has been equipped with £120,000 worth of all round optional extras which sets this car apart from every other FF I’ve seen listed. This car is presented with what I feel has the best all round colour combination inside and out.

Despite the mileage, this car feels and drives like new. It’s been future-proofed to be a reliable daily via the extensive work it’s had. The Power Transfer Unit (PTU) is an essential part of the drive train which is essentially a 2 speed gearbox that powers the front wheels. Nearly every FF in their life will suffer this failure and the cost of repair and upgrade by a UK specialist is upwards of £10,000… so please bare this in mind when shopping around… This car has had this done, upgraded PTU internals and been serviced since.

This car drives solid throughout and shows no signs of mechanical wear both through its drivetrain and suspension components. What’s also important to note is that I am a veteran car guy/petrol head having owned Ferrari’s prior as well as many other iconic performance legends… So rest assured I know what to look and hear for when it comes to component failure. Higher mileage cars appeal to me more because they’ve had a longer run of maintenance and have usually had all the essential work done that low mileage cars have yet to endure at great cost to their owners. Cars that sit and barely do the mileage are prone to various leaks as seals and gaskets perish.

I also own a detailing business on the side of which I operate. This car gets the correct external care it needs including the protection of a hard ceramic coating thus bringing out the very best that this expensive optional colour offers. Please understand that this is not a concourse car but it’s extremely presentable and has a dent free body.

I found it was only right to do my own write up detailing my thoughts on this car before anyone moves onto the straight facts below. I feel this personal touch gives prospective buyers an idea of its history (which there is plenty more to tell) and gives much reassurance.

I feel I’ve priced the car fairly according to someone looking for a useable FF while laying down road presence at its highest tier!

RAC Platinum warranty supplied.
PTU rebuilt, brake hardware and more.
Fully specced inside and out.

Discarding the numbers on the tachometer… You WILL NOT find a better FF than this… This is a very unique opportunity to own the prettiest FF inside and out while providing a trouble free future.

A superbly presented and meticulously cared-for example of Ferrari’s sophisticated high-performance grand tourer.

Under the bonnet is the mighty 6.3-litre naturally aspirated V12, delivering 652bhp to all four wheels via a seven-speed F1 dual-clutch automatic transmission with paddle shift.

This well-specified FF has been fastidiously maintained by its previous and current owners who have spent over £25,000 in the past couple of years months on preventative maintenance.

The car has been fully detailed and ceramic coated.

The PTU (engine mounted gearbox to drive front wheels) was refurbished by SS Autotech in November 2021, and the item carries a 12-month warranty at the cost of £10,000 (an absolute necessity what with all FF’s prone to having this failure, upgraded/strengthened moving parts and seals are installed)

All ceramic 2 piece discs have had custom stainless fixings to replace seized factory steel variants at the cost of £2,500

New OHLINS mag suspension strut and vertical sensors along side new parking sensors recently installed by Ferrari.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

This FF is finished in the classic hue of Nero Daytona with the optional Scuderia wing shields, over a matching Nero extended leather and diamond-quilted Alcantara-trimmed cabin, punctuated by red leather stripes on the seats.

It rides on the correct set of 20-inch twin five-spoke alloy wheels, finished with Ferrari-badged centre caps and red callipers with carbon-ceramic brake discs. Pirelli P-Zero tyres all round in great health.

Included in the factory specification is front and rear parking assistance, carbon-ceramic brakes, a passenger display screen, a multifunction leather and carbon-fibre steering wheel, electrically adjustable heated and ventilated front seats with three-position memory, and dual-zone climate control.
